My Local Product column for PHOENIX Magazine in January featured some incredibly creative flavored teas. Green Devonshire Gray is one of my favorites, but I’m also smitten with Cherry Rose, a delicate Sencha-style green.
Now, I realize that we don’t grow and harvest tea in the desert. But the desert did *grow* a dynamo named Chris Sossaman, a native Arizonan who happens to have passion steeped in tea.
